Refund and Returns Policy

At Beautytova, Inc., customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
30-Day Return Policy
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
* The item must be unused and in its original condition.
* The product must be returned in its original packaging whenever possible.
* Proof of purchase or your order number is required.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:
* Products showing signs of misuse or damage caused after delivery.
* Items returned without prior authorization when required.
* Clearance or final sale items (if marked as non-returnable).
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number along with clear photos of the product and packaging so we can review your request and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to our error (such as receiving the wrong or damaged item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
For all other approved returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before they are processed for shipment. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled but may be eligible for return under this policy.
